What you buy

roomset.rbsn.ai sells virtual staging by the room, in one-time packages paid by card through Stripe. There is no subscription. One room is one staged photo, delivered with its original. Rooms can be used on any of your listings until the package's use-by date, shown in your workspace.

Refunds

Money-back guarantee: full refund up to 3 staged rooms, pro-rated after that, using the button at the bottom of your workspace. No questions asked. A full refund covers any upgrade and top-ups, and closes the workspace for good: no more staging or downloads, and you may not use photos staged in it. A pro-rated refund pays back your unused rooms and closes staging; your staged photos stay yours. Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.

Using the photos

roomset.rbsn.ai adds only movable furniture and decor. It leaves walls, paint colour, flooring, windows, fixtures and views as they are, and delivers the unaltered original with each staged photo. You are responsible for how the images are used, including any required disclosure of digitally altered images under applicable law and MLS rules. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Your photos and data

Photos you upload are used only to stage them for you, and are processed by our image provider to do so. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your workspace is private: only people with its link can open it.
